A nice morning ride

My daily commute as mentioned here

My morning ride starts here at our home in the suburb of Melba in the Australian Capital Territory. Canberra is roughly divided into five regional areas, we're in Belconnen in the northern part of the territory. Lu and Rachael are hamming it up for the camera :)

Looking across from the house to the sports ovals over the road, I head across these then hook up with the cycle path. Canberra has a quite well maintained and extensive cycle path network so very little of the ride is on roads.

Now at the top of the climb, looking roughly west back in the direction I've come. Lake is now off to the left, out of frame
